Generic Class Game Service Terms of Use

Chapter 1: General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose): These terms are to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Generic Class ("the Company") and the users regarding the game services provided through mobile devices, including related network services, websites, and other services (collectively referred to as "Services").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms): This defines key terms used in the terms of use, such as "Company," "Member," "Mobile Device," "Account Information," "Content," "Application," and "Game Service."

Article 3 (Provision of Company Information): This includes the Company’s name, representative’s name, address, contact details, business registration number, privacy policy, and service terms.

Article 4 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms): The Company will post these terms within the game service for members to access. Important content such as service discontinuation, withdrawal of subscription, refunds, contract termination, and disclaimers will be prominently displayed. Changes to the terms will be announced with specified reasons, effective dates, and in a manner easily identifiable by the members.

Chapter 2: Personal Information Management

Article 9 (Protection and Use of Personal Information): The Company will protect personal information as per relevant laws and its privacy policy. Personal information unrelated to services may be made public.

Chapter 3: Obligations of Contract Parties

Article 10 (Company’s Obligations): The Company must comply with relevant laws and these terms in good faith.

Article 11 (Member’s Obligations): Members should use the services according to these terms and policies, avoiding prohibited activities like providing false information, engaging in unauthorized sales of accounts, impersonating staff, and other illegal activities.

Chapter 4: Use of Services and Restrictions

Article 12 (Provision of Services): The Company will provide immediate access to services upon completion of the membership agreement. The Company does not guarantee that the services are free from defects or bugs.

Article 13 (Use of Services): The game services are available during the times set by the Company's business policy.

Article 14 (Changes and Interruption of Services): The Company can change or discontinue services for various operational or technical reasons.

Chapter 5: Withdrawal, Refund, and Termination of Contract

Article 22 (Payment of Charges): Payment terms for content follow the policies set by telecommunications companies or open market operators.

Article 23 (Withdrawal of Subscription): Members can withdraw their subscription within 7 days of the contract date without any penalty, subject to certain conditions.

Article 24 (Contract Termination): Members can terminate the service contract at any time, leading to the deletion of all game information.

Chapter 6: Compensation and Disclaimer

Article 28 (Compensation for Damages): The Company or members are responsible for damages caused by the violation of these terms.

Article 29 (Company’s Disclaimer): The Company is not responsible for service provision in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, emergencies, and technical issues beyond current technological solutions.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law (Article 30): These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts as per the legal procedure.

Implementation Date: These terms are effective from December 18, 2023.
