GenericClass Personal Information Processing Policy

Effective Date: December 18, 2023.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
GenericClass processes personal information for specific purposes and will obtain separate consent if the usage changes, as per the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 2 (Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information)
GenericClass will process and retain personal information within the period consented to by the information subject or as required by law.

Article 3 (Processed Personal Information Items)
GenericClass processes certain personal information items, with no mandatory or optional items listed.

Article 4 (Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information)
GenericClass will promptly destroy personal information when no longer needed or after the retention period has ended. Electronic records will be deleted using methods that prevent record recovery.

Article 5 (Rights and Duties of Information Subjects and Methods of Exercise)
Information subjects have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests can be made in writing, via email, or FAX.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information)
GenericClass takes measures like regular internal audits to ensure the security of personal information.

Article 7 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)
GenericClass does not use cookies that store and retrieve user information.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
GenericClass has designated a Personal Information Protection Officer to oversee the processing of personal information and handle complaints and damage relief related to personal information processing.

Article 9 (Department Accepting and Processing Requests for Access to Personal Information)
Information subjects can request access to their personal information, handled promptly by GenericClass's designated department.

Article 10 (Remedies for Infringement of Rights)
Information subjects can seek resolution or consultation for personal information disputes or infringements at various organizations like the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee and the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

Individuals can also request administrative adjudication for rights or interests infringements due to actions or inactions of public authorities as per the Personal Information Protection Act.
